Hope Street Harmonies is a choir based in Liverpool. Previously known as Hope & Harmony the choir was originally set up in 2005 by Paula Berry and is now run by a committee of members and a musical director.

Hope Street Harmonies is an a’cappella choir whose aim is to have an eclectic repertoire which ranges from set pieces such as traditional Gregorian and African songs through to our own unique and innovative arrangements of popular soul, pop and rock songs.The choir has a strong performative element which makes us quite unique and always open to interesting creative opportunities.

The choir perform at various events in venues such as community centres and parks. We also perform professionally for local arts organisations events and produce creative work in venues like FACT, The Puppet Cabaret, Matthew Street Festival, The Hope Street Festival, The Halloween Lantern parade as well as corporate events, weddings and parties.

Hope Street Harmonies also arrange an annual concert for the public, showcasing their latest work. The majority of the choir’s pieces are original arrangements arranged by choir members and musical director’s.
